Mike Janis Racing,two times NHRA Pro Mod world champions  has landed a deal that will see them race with KH's Al Anabi Performance blown Camaro at the NHRA Season 2017 Pro Mod category announced in part a statement on their social media pages  late this April 2017.

We are pleased to announce a partnership between MJR and AAP (Al Anabi Performance/Qatar) for the entire 2017 season! We are truly blessed for this opportunity from KH and his Team! The NHRA Pro Mod Championship is calling our names - Mike Janis Racing Team Announced.

Al Anabi's most violent 1969 Supercharged Camaro 

Mike Janis Racing and AAP missed the Amalie Motor Oil NHRA Gatornationals in Gainsville,FL tie having had the car arriving late from Qatar where Moe Atat was racing it in the Arabian Drag League and Arabian Pro Series in Manama,Bahrain winning a number of races with AAP in the Middle East. The car was loaded and shipped after the winter was over and headed straight to PDRA's event in Galot Motorsports Park for testing and ran 3.82 in the 1/8th mile with a straight out of trailer car.

Mike Janis Racing received  Al Anabi's most violent 1969 Supercharged Camaro in good form and after a couple of testing at Galot,headed straight for the NHRA's Springs National in Houston,Texas running 5.815@247mph quickly registering comfortable  time and speed to stay on as number two qualifier then later running another consistent 5.825@246.53 at Q3.

NHRA J&A Service Pro Mod Drag Racing returns April 28-30 at the eighth annual NHRA Four-Wide Nationals in Charlotte and its just a matter of time before we see Al Anabi Performance dominating this season top fight series.
